Your Role
Sales
Achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives.Grow prescriber base, prescription volume, and product share.Execute corporate objectives and strategies with N&I portfolio.Monitor Territory Business Plans and resource deployment.Maintain expert knowledge of company policies on healthcare professional interactions, compliance, and business conduct.Ensure direct reports also understand these policies.Budgeting
Assign and monitor territory budgets for optimal ROI.Oversee and approve ABM/SABM expenses.Implement annual salary and merit direction per compensation guidelines.Performance Management and PlanningHire, coach, and retain top ABM/SABM talent.Conduct field coaching sessions for skill development and performance improvement.Spend three to four days weekly in the field for coaching and expectation setting.Set goals and conduct appraisals for ABM/SABM development.Create written objectives to boost territory sales and individual potential.Plan quarterly strategic area-based plans for ABM/SABM activities.Training & Development
Coordinate training with Area Field Trainer and Business Excellence team.Deliver ongoing training aligned with core competencies.Maintain product knowledge and selling skills for team selling.Support ABM/SABM professional development and talent succession planning.Address performance issues with appropriate coaching and corrective actions.Communication
Manage communication and coordination with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical, and Corporate Communications.Demonstrate competency in business plan writing and presentations.Leadership
Exhibit core values and behaviors in leading Sales Teams.Implement business objectives and guide resource allocation.Develop high-performance teams and maintain effectiveness.Analyze trends and market dynamics.Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Be self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible in managing change.Collaborate with peers and senior management for a unified approach.Customer Relations

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Willingness to travel up to 80%.Preferred Qualifications:
Strong science or business orientation.7+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries with proven results.3+ years of leadership experience, ideally in specialty sales.Experience in Multiple Sclerosis, Neurology, CNS, and specialty biologics is desirable.Cross-functional collaboration experience required.Knowledge of Managed Access and Market Solutions is a plus.Understanding of local market landscape and influences.Home Office/Headquarter experience is beneficial.South territory: Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri
Pay range for this position: $224,700 to 343,100
Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data. Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors.
