Essential Job Functions
Create and execute comprehensive sales action plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within an assigned cluster of hotels.Proactively identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with potential business travel clients for inclusion in their hotel travel programs.Build and maintain consistent volume from existing corporate accounts and travel agencies through good working relationships with corporate travel managers, procurement officers, business travel agents, brand representatives, and other decision makers and influencers.Skillfully negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable corporate negotiated rates while maintaining strong client relationships.Use professional sales techniques to negotiate the best possible terms and conditions that satisfy customer (internal and external) requirements.Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer needs to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.Represent the company at industry events by attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's products/services and generate leads.Meticulously track sales activities, lead volume, client interactions, and performance data using CRM software and other reporting tools.Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue goals.Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Position Requirements
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related industry preferred.Proven track record in sales required and previous hospitality sales experience preferred.Work Environment and Context
Work schedule varies and may include occasionally working on holidays, weekends.Required to sit for extended periods, lift up to 10 pounds, bend, reach, use hands and fingers to operate keyboard.Moderate travel between hotels and client’s locations required.What We Believe

The compensation for this role is $90,000 and the determined salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience within the hospitality industry. HHM Hotels offers a competitive salary package that aligns with market standards, with the highest potential earnings observed for candidates with relevant experience.
