Position Highlights:

Perform routine site visits to monitor individual site management activities and verify staff adherence to FOH policies and proceduresProvide hands-on training for orientation and annual competenciesDirect collection of site and program-based date for operational and site management activitiesCreate regional operational reports from aggregated SPS dataProvide nursing leadership with all requests for new supplies, medications, equipmentPerform client health record audits and outreach service planningCoordinate interview, hiring, and training for all nurses hiredRequirements:
Master's degree in Nursing, Business, or Health Administration requiredAt least 5 years' experience providing direct care patients, of which 3 years' experience in occupational health or related experience such as public health, community health, outpatient clinic, emergency department, or ambulatory careAt least one year experience in acute care settingAt least 5 years' supervisory/managerial experienceRN licensure with BLS certificationShall have Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC) Certification for audiometry and have attended a National Institute of Occupational Health an Safety (NIOSH) approved spirometry course. Must complete within 3 months of hire if not already certified.Must be willing to travel to different clinics throughout Washington DC and Maryland, as neededFor More Information Contact:
