What will you be doing? As an Area Director, you will be managing the daily operation for 6-8 assigned childcare centres and will report to the Senior Area Director of Western Operations. Responsibilities include: Oversee daily operations and support Centre Directors Ensure the childcare centres operate in accordance with the BrightPath policies. Ensure assigned childcare centres operate in accordance with Alberta Licensing Regulations. Completing administrative duties such as audits for classrooms to ensure policies and procedures are enforced & setting action plans for centres. Building positive working relationships with families.  Ensure financial requirements of centres are met Develop and implement Performance Plans as required. Requirements: • Early Childhood Education - Level 3 Certification OR B.Ed./Equivalent • 5+ years in relevant management role • Strong leadership, time management, teambuilding, and conflict resolution skills necessary • Must meet provincial requirements for childcare employment • Current Standard First Aid and infant child CPR If this sounds like a good fit, we want to meet you.
