Job Description:

The Area Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for precepting, developing, and training new Registered Nurse and Clinical Manager team members. The Area Director of Clinical Operations will provide ongoing education and support related to clinical documentation and clinical processes and assist with various clinical quality initiatives as assigned. This position will also partner closely with leadership and employees at all levels to ensure branch survey readiness.

What is Required?

Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing is preferred2 years of home care experience as a Registered Nurse in a Home Health or Hospice environmentLeadership experience is preferredAbility to quickly become proficient in enterprise applications (e.g., Homecare Homebase, Workday) with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office)Demonstrate advanced clinical skills as defined by accepted clinical standards.Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and home care industry trends.Reliable transportation to perform job tasks

You will report to the Area Vice President of Operations.
