Sodexo is seeking an Area General Manager for 2 locations- Penn State Health Hampden and Holy Spirit Medical Center. Penn State Health Hampden Medical Center located in Enola, PA consists of 110 Bed Acute Care facility specializing in medical and surgical care, specialty inpatient services, women's health, labor and delivery and imaging and lab services. Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center located in Camp Hill, PA is 318-bed acute care hospital that is committed to providing the highest quality of healthcare to the community by overseeing operations of the Patient Dining Program, Retail, and Catering.  

 

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who can lead a team of approximately 100 employees under minimal supervision and have demonstrated experience with HACCP policies and procedures, patient satisfaction, and possess strong computer skills. This manager will support Environmental, Food and Nutrition, and Valet Services. 

 

Our Sodexo Healthcare Environmental Services/Housekeeping and Food Service teams work at client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will:

 

have exceptional client service mentality and executive presence;be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;provide a clean and safe environment for visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;effectively manages the Unit Operating System;support a diverse and inclusive workforce;achieve company and client financial targets and goals; andensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance.  What We Offer

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
