•Ensure development process in CCE area (Carmeuse Central Europe) •Manage Grow, Perform & Succeed process- development management and talent review process •Manage the employee life cycle process: recruitment, onboarding´ •Participate on soft training plan creation, ensure soft skills trainings according    Needed skills: •Experience in whole process of talent management, development, recruitment •Collaborative and cross-functional with all other departments within the company •Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks •Communication skills on excellent level •Fluent English (written and speak) •Active driver
