This position is responsible for the top Operations priorities within their respective manufacturing areas: Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Continuous Improvement. The position also has direct impact on the Cost priority by making effective decisions on expenses. They are the first line leader for the personnel in their respective area and will be the main point of contact for all day-to-day communication and other operator interactions. This position also should demonstrate good leadership practices in relation with the Company’s interests. Conduct Tier 1 meetings, update production metrics, CI board owner for the shift, input on performance management and hiring decisions, and maintain area to meet 6S standards.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience. Basic business computer skills required (Microsoft Office etc.). Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) are required. Manufacturing experience is preferred.

This range represents a good faith estimate and may vary depending on factors such as the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, experience, and work location. Internal equity among current employees will also be considered. Please note that this range represents the full base hourly rate for the role and hiring at or near the top of the range is uncommon to ensure room for future pay advancement.
