The E&I business is seeking an Area Leader at our Circleville, Ohio site responsible and accountable for all aspects of performance related to the Kapton® Chemical and Solvent Recovery Area. Kapton® is a dielectric film used a wide variety of industrial, military and consumer electronic applications. The Kapton® manufacturing facility in Circleville, Ohio is a multi-area unit. Kapton® prepolymer is made in the Chemical area and fed to the Casting area for manufacture into Kapton® film. The Solvent Recovery area operates a train of distillation columns to separate and recover process solvents and additives for reuse in the process. This Area Leader role has leadership responsibilities for an organization of about 26 operators and support personnel.
Area Leader is a leadership role focused on building fully engaged and competent teams that deliver results in line with the area performance goals in a safe and efficient way.
