Area Manager, New England Region - Relocation Assistance Available
**Employment Type:** Full time **Shift:** **Description:** **Regional position for greater New England region.** **Purpose** Accountable for leading, guiding & directing the Trinity Health ministry area functional responsibilities. Enable ministry level strategy to address internal or external business & regulatory issues; provide functional expertise & ensure fulfillment of performance & service standards. Responsible for consistent operating performance & achieving financial goals. Identifies, defines & solves complex problems that impact the management & direction of the business; Collaborate with System Services Function Area, Regions & Health Ministries to ensure consistency & integration of strategy & operations. Maintaining awareness of new industry developments & standards. Responsible for consistent operating performance & achieving financial goals for assigned ministry. Accountable for leading, managing & advancing people. Manages the daily operations & processes &/or programs that support, ministry-level operations. Ensures a healthy working environment._ + **_Manager Service Area: $25 Mil or greater managed volume with multiple ministries, within a part of a service area within FANS. Volume could be less if complex ministries and significant geography. Direct report to Director Service Area._** Oversees the day-to-day management of multiple RHM’s Trinity Hospitality Services (THS) FANS Departments & ensures program service support objectives are met. Provides operational & technical support to RHM stakeholders, managers & System Office in support of the overall management of THS programs. Develops, implements & coordinates within the RHM: the standardization of policies & procedures related to expense management, operations & THS core program systems (cleaning practices & protocols, auditing tools, competencies, etc.). Leads, guides & manages direct reports & support staff, as required, to review overall operations goals/objectives.
