Job Characteristics:Manages the sales of products/services in a specified area through assigned district representatives. Responsible for managing at least two district representatives, creating developmental/training plans, forecasting revenues and profitability for customer base along with accountability for managing the area's P&L. Provides coaching and leadership to team and anticipates customer needs based on knowledge of operations.
Education/Work Experience:Degree Preferred. 10 years of relevant industry sales experience.
Independence Level/Reports to:Significant impact on district revenue and moderate impact on district profitability. Typically reports to a District Manager.
