About the Role:

We are seeking an Area Manager to lead and develop a team of 10-18 Brand Ambassadors, driving door-to-door sales in targeted neighborhoods for a leading meal kit company. You’ll be contributing to revolutionizing the food supply chain with a customer-centric, data-driven approach, offering services across the United States. Here’s where you come in…

Report into the Director of Client Services and create a motivating environment for your team to achieve and exceed sales KPIsTrain, mentor, and coach your ambassadors to consistently increase sales of meal kits and ready-to-eat mealsDevelop and execute weekly team huddles to strategize innovative solutions, track goals, and provide insights on sales and marketing resultsMonitor the performance of both high-performing and underperforming Ambassadors, guiding them toward successDrive solutions that align with customers' lifestyles, ensuring a best-in-class customer service experienceVisit Ambassadors in the field regularly to build face-to-face relationships, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with company policies and best practicesWork closely with leadership to report on KPIs, track performance, and contribute to the development of strategic initiativesFoster an open-door, collaborative culture to ensure transparent communication and alignment with organizational goalsOversee the onboarding and offboarding process for Ambassadors as outlined by Operations and Human Resources, ensuring a seamless transition and a positive team dynamicConduct yourself with optimism, empathy and integrity as the face of our client, HelloFresh

What you bring:

2-3 years of Door-to-Door sales experience (or equivalent sales management experience in another business model)Experience leading sales teams that specialize in penetrating residential markets is an assetAn ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindsetExpert in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing goalsMotivated by rewards (Uncapped commission means unlimited earning potential!)Ability to travel across your assigned territory as requiredFull-Time work schedule; Tuesday through Friday 12:00pm – 8:00pm and Saturday 10:00am – 6:00pm to maximize customer contactMust hold a valid driver’s license and reliable access to a personal vehicle Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time in all weather conditionsMust be fluent in English Fluency in Spanish is an asset

 

Compensation:

Base Salary + Sales Bonuses
