Area Manager
Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Manager to oversee operations within a designated area, managing 300-500 cleaning account customers, both residential and commercial. The Area Manager will lead a team of 10-12 pool technicians, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:  Team Management: Supervise and support a team of 10-12 pool technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.  Customer Relations: Handle customer calls, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.  Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work performed by pool technicians, ensuring adherence to company standards and state regulations.  Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and inventory management.  Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with state requirements and codes related to commercial swimming pools.  Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
