A Day in the Life...
• Responsible for Ag Operations leadership in one or more growing regions.
• Primary point of contact for local Ocean Spray Grower-Owners.
• Responsible for communicating and advocating Cooperative policy and direction, while maintaining positive grower relations.
• Visible spokesperson and key liaison for Ocean Spray with the independent grower community, grower associations, extension agencies, research stations, etc.
• Accountable for the equitable and consistent application of Cooperative policy plus coordination of technical resources and information available to Grower-Owners.
• Responsible for the efficient, effective operation of assigned regional Receiving Stations including supply chain activities associated with both inbound and outbound fruit movement.
• Develop, coach, and manage direct and indirect Receiving employees to meet corporate and individual objectives, maximize performance, promote the Mission, Vision, Values and Strategic Imperatives of the Cooperative.
• Support projects and other Ag Operations strategic initiatives within and across multiple regions.
