Contribute to the formulation of the company operational strategic objectives and ensure successful execution thereof
Exercise exceptional entrepreneurial and commercial thinking to effectively drive sales and overall store performance for the area
Identify new business opportunities and support development of new revamped and relocated stores in division
Develop a high performance team and culture focusing on ownership accountability and performance
Deliver targeted turnover and profit growth
Develop and manage annual operational budget and projections
Requirements
Must come with Area Manager experience managing at least 5 stores and a minimum of 50 people
Must have International Retailer experience
Capacity to manage 10 stores
Own transport
Proven sales & KPI track record
Strong operationally
Strong VM
Fast pace high energy bubbly
Training motivating and development experience
High customer experience standards
Flexible
Willing to work 3 weekends on 1 weekend off & 1 late night every fortnight
Salary Market related based on qualifications and experience
