Pawcatuck outpatient rehab clinicsThe Area Manager is responsible for the management of day to day operations department personnel and patient care for specific patient populations who require the needs of rehabilitation services As a member of the Rehab management team the Area Manager assists in the development of Rehabilitation department goals objectives and standards quality assurance department education and budget development preparation and control Coordinates department activities to include regulatory requirements equipment quality control maintenance and performance improvement Responsible for hiring supervising and evaluating team members Serves as an effective liaison between department staff leaders and other department leaders and medical staffJOB
