Find out today what a career with Pyramid Global Hospitality can mean for you! Overview Oversee marketing activities for multiple hotels as directed by the Corporate Director, Field Marketing. Work effectively alongside Area Marketing Team and property teams to develop annual marketing strategies and budgets. Direct execution of digital marketing campaigns, audit property websites and third-party channels, guide content strategy for social media channels and develop effective reputation management strategies. Engage with property teams to create and promote on-property/local programming and experiences. Essential Duties: Active participation in development of annual marketing budgets and business plans. Regular communication with property management and owners. Effectively align strategies with Sales and Revenue Management teams. Build and execute customer relationship marketing (CRM) strategy and calendar. Audit property websites and 3rd party channels for effective merchandising. Direct activities of Area Marketing Specialist(s) to optimize resources and property support. Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on marketing channel performance. Manage relationships between 3rd party agencies and property teams. Ensure property participation in cooperative marketing opportunities. Travel to properties for scheduled meetings and projects including photo/video shoots as needed. Support corporate marketing activities with development and execution of brand and cooperative campaigns. Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Communication, Marketing, Advertising or Relevant Field. 10+ years of experience in Hospitality Marketing. Multi-property experience is preferred. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Teams, and Social Calendar Tools. Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to effectively communicate marketing data to key stakeholders including property General Managers and Owners. Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Sabre Synxis/CRS Tools, and website content management systems. Highly analytical—ability to evaluate data and determine action steps to optimize performance. Graphic Design experience preferred (Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc). Knowledge of current digital marketing and social marketing trends. Experience managing social media channels for business. Outgoing and self-motivated individual. Compensation Range The compensation for this position is $105,000.00/Yr. - $157,000.00/Yr. based on qualifications and experience.
