What You'll Do Organize and coordinate administrative / accounting duties and plant office procedures Support Plant Managers in maintaining accurate inventories and financials Execute various financial controls and compliance programs in accordance with accounting and audit practices Complete additional duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements Support 6 locations as the HUB for all purchase and sales transactions, including internal and external customers What You'll Need SAP experience strongly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge of a broad range of business processes in a complex company (e.g. Inventory, Fixed Assets, Payroll, Procurement, Sales, Security, etc.) Demonstrate leadership skills and provide coaching, skills development, guidance and support to team members Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly Proficient in the use of web-based document repository applications (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint) Accounting or office management experience required Team leadership experience required Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, utilize company resources and deliver exceptional customer service (internal & external) Ability to manage a fast-paced business environment while adhering to CMC’s operational and financial policies and procedures Your Education Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, or other closely related field strongly preferred
