This position will supervise the existing six retails stores whithin the Europe North Area plus five additional stores already announced. The incumbent's primary goal is to standardise retail operations globally while understanding cultural customs and beliefs. Incumbent provides supervision of store supervisors and associates, resolves issues and maintains personnel to sales ratios; establishes and maintains appropriate inventory levels and product assortments; and establishes customer service standards. The incumbent directs the opening of new stores and store closings as necessary. Success is measured by key operating statistics and customer/employee satisfaction.
