Position Summary As an Area Director, you’ll be the quarterback of operations, the coach for our team, and the champion for our members’ success. While direct fitness industry experience is preferred, it’s not required. You’ll oversee multiple clubs, ensuring they thrive in every way possible. From driving profitability and delivering extensive sales coaching to leading hiring, training, and payroll preparation, you’ll wear many hats, but one thing’s for sure—you’ll never be bored! Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred). * 3–5 years of proven experience in multi-unit management, sales leadership, or operations, preferably in the fitness industry. * Background in sales, proven to drive revenue and hit targets. * Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience in coaching and mentoring staff. * Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with a customer-focused mindset. * Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and financial management, including P&L oversight. * Familiarity with HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management. * Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other management tools. * Passion for health, wellness, and fitness, with a desire to positively impact others. Your Responsibilities * Lead 3+ clubs to success by driving profitability and bottom-line growth. * Coach and develop club staff to hit sales goals and deliver top-notch service. * Spearhead business development initiatives to expand our reach. * Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and payroll management. * Facilitate crucial conversations and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
