Main Accountabilities:
To handle complete post contract activities with Global KA customers To handle from sending quote to post contract activities with global and national key accounts To help institutional sales team in getting planning for stocks/ extending ready support while they are in the field, coordinating with CFAs for supplies. A major point of contact of supply chain for production planning and execution. To coordinate with internal stake holders eg finance, R&D, procurement, trade desk, various plants and supply chain for smooth running of the business. To identify new potential customers and coordinate with them for onboarding.
Impact/Dimensions:
To facilitate increase sales of entire institutional KA team and closely follow up with Direct KA customers eg Mondelez, Britannia, Lotte, Perfetti etc. with a target to achieve 15000mt sales.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
In 2023 volume achievement is 18,000mt to direct KA customers mentioned above.
Major Opportunities and:
To act as a key mediator among customers/ sales team, customers’ and ours supply chain, finance team for smooth sales execution and customer and R&D team for smooth onboarding of new customers. These activities require intensive follow up with various stake holders and handle trouble shooting activities on a regular basis.
Management/Leadership:
This role requires business understanding and sensing customers’ requirement (direct customers and institutional sales team both) all the time and take action on case to case basis with help of various stake holders. This role requires very strong interpersonal relationship with internal and external stake holders.

External: Customers’ purchase, R&D, Legal, supply chain, Finance dept.
Internal: R&D, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain
Education/Experience:
Min. 2 years of working in the industry, interacting with customers’ various dept and coordinating with our internal stakeholders is a key requirement.
