Requirements:
Incumbent may work from any of the above listed locations. Not required to cover all above listed locations.Manages loan originator sales performance, motivation, scheduling, training, and administration of policies/proceduresEnsures originations team is presenting loans at appropriate rate, amounts, terms that comply with NewRez program guidelinesReviews sales pipeline on daily/monthly basis in order to achieve monthly sales goalsAdvise Director of, and assists in resolution of, customer complaints concerning any area of the companyAssists in training/development of loan originators to function in all aspects of loan originations and selling techniques in a sales environment with marketing-supported leads managementWorks with the VP of Retail to achieve team/department goalsMaintains personal and team compliance with NewRez Code of ConductCollaborates with the Operations Department to assist in the flow of production/salesRecruits, interviews and selects self-source loan originatorsKeeps informed of developing trends in the industryCoordinates scheduled meetings, training sessions and courses as needed for the call center operationPerforms related duties as assigned by supervisorQualifications:
Four (4) year business or finance degree preferredMust have proven extensive sales experience in the retail mortgage industryPrior management experience a plusWashington State Supervisory Plan
Number of employees supervised and their physical location: The number of employees supervised on average is 10:1 and multiple locations within the United statesHow the supervisor will adequately supervise employees, including those not in the same location. The keys to success are continuous interaction to engage and motivate and the utilization of reporting to track adherence and productivity.
