Position Summary Are you ready to utilise your experience in sales and create records in a highly energetic and achieving environment? We are currently looking to hire an Area Sales Manager to develop Traditional Trade Channel and the Local Modern Trade accounts in total Central region market. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the talent will lead sales planning and implementation, towards Energizer’s growth and contribute to overall sales revenue. Role also includes customer business review, budget management, competitor activity analysis, product analysis and performance. This is an ideal role for an experienced and highly motivated sales talent who is looking to be successful in a well-known international MNC, and comfortable to travel regularly across the northern states of West Malaysia. Responsibilities Develop total Malaysia Key Account for Local Chain Group. Work closely with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) on the planning and implementation on time. Main person to negotiate Trading Terms Agreements with Local Chain, including business review. Sales performance delivery (for the selective chain group assigned by Energizer). Field work with CRO/Merchandiser on coaching and development purpose. Proactively involve in monthly action plan and sales commitment. Plan 3+3 promotion plans for Local Modern Trade (LMT) / Special Channel customer. What we are looking for Diploma holders are encouraged to apply. Bachelor’s degree in business preferred. 3-6 years’ Area Sales / Key Account Sales experience, handling key customer and account development planning across local chains. Distributor sales and operations administration, support distributors in developing pre-sellers and run promotion planning activities. Come join us!
