Medical Device Area Sales Manager

Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven professional to promote and sell medical products within an assigned territory. The role focuses on driving sales, maintaining strong relationships with distributors and key opinion leaders (KOLs), and supporting marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage sales channels for assigned product lines and territories. Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and distributors. Provide training and support to distributors in collaboration with the marketing team. Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities. Support and participate in sales activities, events, and workshops (e.g., symposiums, exhibitions, training workshops). Prepare sales reports and provide market insights. Offer guidance to junior team members as needed. Handle customer complaints in line with company policies. Ensure alignment with corporate guidelines in communications with stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree. 4-6 years of experience in the medical device industry (surgical device experience preferred). Strong network with KOLs and excellent interpersonal skills. Proficiency in distributor/channel management and sales planning. Self-motivated with strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. English proficiency and experience with MS Office tools are a plus.
