Job Purpose To achieve annual volume & Value targets line-wise as agreed with RSMs.  Key Accountabilities Handling of main distributers/retailers regularly Responsible for meeting debtor targets as agreed with RSM every month Handle overdue reduction as agreed with RSM Agree on strategy /plan with RSM to reduce cheque bouncing as per the target Ensure that all statements of accounts of customers/dealers within the area are duly signed every month Expand connections with dealers and customers to meet targets Verify weekly reports submitted by DSRs Keep sales team motivated, travel regularly to different locations to meet sales teams Monitor and solve market issues amicably and timely highlight forthcoming issues with workable solutions to RSM Ensure to provide clarity after formal approval from RSM on discounts(monthly, annual special schemes) to the trade team as well as the customers Ensure proper communication to all customers about ongoing foreign schemes given by the company Install post machines as agreed with RSM and the Marketing team Align the team’s mindset with the business's financial and commercial objectives  Show clear leadership priority, and ensure compliance with corporate governance and values, and HSE Experience 5-7 years of sales experience Willingness to travel to various locations, even on short notice Responsible, hard-working, with strong analytical skills Familiar with MS Office advance Education Bachelor's degree from a reputable institute
