We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to join the Sales department in Endress+Hauser (Baltic) UAB. Our office is located in Kaunas and plays an important role for the Region Europe.
What is the role about?
As an Area Sales Manager you play a crucial part in the success of the Sales organization. You are the first contact to our customers; you know their needs and ensure we solve their requests with the Endress+Hauser product portfolio. You work closely together with the Internal Sales employees, the Country Manager and the Business Developer of the Region of Europe in order to reach a high customer satisfaction and the Sales targets.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
be responsible for Order Entry, Net Sales and Gross Profit for a certain customer segment intensively support in helping generate business opportunities (lead generation) bring and ensure a strong knowledge of the market, the competition and the processes at Endress+Hauser establish effective sales channels, considering the entire Endress+Hauser portfolio follow-up of inquiries and actions all the way to support payment collection take care of the customers by the active promotion of customer loyalty measures, show that Endress+Hauser is the right partner support Internal Sales Engineers in daily business and in execution of projects support, if necessary, in logistical matters, order processing and commercial topics e.g. payment conditions, contract reviews demonstrate outstanding behaviour according to our vision, mission and credo and follows our Code of Conduct
