This position is responsible to manage and develop the business in the assigned territory (region), while lead the sales team and distributor(s) sales team respectively to achieve common goals.
About the job
To achieve sales volume, value & NCM, through excellence management & develop distributors & key accounts Establish & develop RTM strategy and drive excellent execution with distributors Responsible for end to end gourmet’s business process, and drive internal & external factor to achieve the objectives Identify and hunt new business opportunity focusing in key account and direct account. Build relationship with customer and distributor team to improve overall sales result and service level Ability to analyze data, tap the opportunity, create forecast, cascade the strategy, and lead internal & external team to achieve objective
About you
Bachelor: prefer with background of business, communication or food technology Language: Bahasa, English RTM strategy Customer, Distributor, Territory Management Effective & Persuasive Selling Develop Sales Team Minimum 5 years of work experience Minimum 2 year of work experience in food service sector
