We are looking for an Area Sales Professional Located in the Central United States

Area Sales Professional is an outside sales role responsible for demand creation, bookings and revenue of defined Field Service offers. Establish new and foster existing end user customer relationships. Develop sales plans for Service offers and deliver to the plan. Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Provide expertise in evaluating new market segment penetration.

Responsibilities: Work independently to develop, implement and execute new customer development strategies to gain market growth of Service sales and increase market penetration Establish an environment and foundation for sustainable future sales growth in all service offers Manages existing customer accounts and enhance value proposition by driving increased business will pull through business from expanded offers Conducts sales calls through qualified marketing leads, cold calls, Rep sales, Field Service Engineers and customer referrals Establish solid relationships with internal and external audiences to drive growth and profitability of Service offers Able to adapt presentation skills to meet specific audience needs Manage pipeline of engaged opportunities as well as proposal and RFQ follow up Present territory orders forecast monthly/quarterly/annually to Director of Service Prepares client proposals for maintenance, modifications and upgrade services Works with Russelectric Sales Reps to provide comprehensive sales coverage and drive dedicated services with new product offers Ability to read and interpret product/service specifications and apply applications from our current offers as well as Interpret schematics and single line drawings Ability to coordinate and communicate technical data with team members such as consulting or applications engineers Conduct training programs focused on Service sales offers with sales partners Make technical product & service presentations at trade shows and to customer prospects. Participates in conferences and professional association meetings and promote Russelectric service solutions and brand. You will win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications: BS Technical degree or equivalent experience or Marketing, Business Management 5+ years client facing experience required 7 years applicable industry sales experience Demonstrated ability to work independently and act like an owner Outstanding presentation and networking skills Must have strong capabilities with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Adobe.
