Mission/ Position Headline: Drive Sales, for the assigned portfolio of products in a specified region to meet the targets (Order, revenue and Cash Collection) in accordance with the company guidelines and processes.
Areas of Responsibility:
• Ensures the implementation of sales guidelines and sets sales targets for the assigned sales organization.
• Develops and proposes sales budgets and growth forecasts aligned with the sales strategy of the unit(s).
• Manages completion of budgets and regular sales reporting.
• Defines and allocates resources.
• Cooperates with Marketing, Product Management and Project Management in matters of strategic and tactical product and service positioning.
• Drives customer focus within the organization and initiates / contributes to planning of customer related product development measures or the setup of customer related projects.
• May support strategic key customers' business development.
Manages assigned organizational unit(s) and leads and / or coordinates dedicated management and staff
Business Specific Inputs:
• Manage customer contract compliance.
• Support applications, CS teams to resolve customer issues.
• Participation in the local CMEs, Customer events.

Graduate or Post Graduate preferably in Applied Sciences with good domain knowledge of Healthcare Delivery Systems. At least 10 years of relevant experience in Sales
