Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and hold Quality Inspectors accountable for the execution of plumbing installations, ensuring work is done according to company standards and plumbing codes.
- Ensure that all plumbing installations meet the Standard Installation Practices (SIP) and local plumbing codes.
- Perform quality checks and coach installers to maintain high standards
- Use Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track field team performance, identify areas for improvement, and create action plans to improve installation quality and productivity.
- Act as a point of contact for builder superintendents to maintain positive relationships and resolve any issues related to installations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication,
- Be on-call to manage emergency situations or priority tasks within your designated area to minimize disruptions to project timelines.
- Keep the owner and senior leadership team informed about key field operations, quality trends, and any issues requiring attention.
- Regularly report on KPIs, team performance, and installation quality.
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
