Responsibilities:

Leads a team of 4 to 8 Account Executives, andLead a team of up to 4 Regional Vice Presidents and their teamsAccountable for the total business results of all subordinatesParticipates in defining territories, assigning quotas, and determining target accountsMentors and coaches team members and assists their sales cycles

Qualifications:

10+ years direct sales experience and 7+ years in enterprise software sales as a sales team leaderWorking knowledge of business process automation with a history of qualifying client solution areas and orchestrating multi departmental solution salesWorking knowledge of solution selling methodology and practiceMust be within Greater DC area
