Benefits: + Salary: $125,000/year + 401k with 4% match + Medical, Dental, and Vision health insurance options + Basic Life Insurance, Long Term Disability Insurance, and AD&D Insurance offered at no cost + Supplemental Life Insurance, Short Term Disability Insurance, and Accident Insurance available + PTO + Safety Equipment provided + Weekly Pay + Pay Card option + Online pay stub access Job Duties: + Oversee and manage day to day operations in assigned warehouses and yard + Monitor and maintain facility in Douglas, Wyoming + Investigate and implement strategies to preplan loads and routes, vehicle utilization, and labor productivity + Ensure facilities are accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic and coordinate necessary maintenance tasks + Maintain an accurate listing and count of physical inventory + Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance of operations + Order and replace broken parts and/or equipment + Communicate with vendors and suppliers as necessary + Manage and train staff + Additional projects and duties as assigned Qualifications: + Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience + Experience in fuel, propane, or oils and lubricants industry + College Degree (preferred) + Acceptable background and driving record + Must be able to pass drug test + Must be able to work inside and outside year round + Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work + Above average verbal and written communication skills #INDROLP Powered by JazzHR
