Summary The Armed Security Guard personnel will be responsible for providing security services at a U.S. Government location. Responsibilities Will carry out general and special orders for post assigned; conduct roving patrols to prevent installation breaches and other OPSEC or security-related tasks. Will communicate via radio, telephone, and orally according to Required to interact with public and government Will provide access control and conduct walking armed security functions. Will be responsible for the cleanliness of uniform and equipment Will follow applicable standard operating procedures and government regulations pertaining to the security of weapons, buildings, personnel, government property, and Will conduct personnel, building, & facility checks and package & parcel Must be able to work flexible hours to include weekends and Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution recognized by the S. Department of Education.
