Security Officers are responsible for performing access control, routine patrols, emergency/incident response and ensuring completion of administrative requirements as assigned by the Security Office. Monitoring all access/exit points for anomalies and conducting access control; patrolling perimeter, exterior and interior of the property to ensure the safety of personnel and protection of property; enforcing Club policies; engaging in security training; completing written reports; documenting daily activities; abiding by standard operating procedures; and responding to security incidents.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Minimum three (3) year security work experience in a professional setting.
Experience performing technical procedures and completing reports.
Comfortable working under pressure.
Being dedicated to quality service.
Familiarity with Security policies and procedures.
Ability to assess and quickly react to emergency situations while maintaining composure and professionalism.
Ability to follow detailed, step by step, procedures.
Understand operational priorities, take initiative, and exercise sound independent judgment.
Capable of working independently without extensive direction or oversight.
Use technology to process information, improve security and communications.
Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task.
Valid Driver's License, acceptable Department of Motor Vehicles record and minimum liability insurance - Issued by State Required.
Guard Registration - Bureau of Security & Investigation Servies Required
Firearms Permit/License Required.
CA Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) Permit Preferred.
The starting pay range for this position is:
$22.12 - $29.49Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
