Armed Security Officer – Full Time

Location: Great Falls, MT

Rate: $19.00/HR

Shift: Mon - Wed: 6PM - 6:30AM 

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Armed Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Armed Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers and serve as a physical deterrent.

Position Requirements:

18 years of age or older  High School Diploma or GED Required  Standard computer / technology skills needed Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus Customer service background preferred  Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner Must have great attention to detail  Must be comfortable conducting access control duties   Must be able to pass an IPAT for armed security authorization Must be able to conduct foot patrols for long periods of time, climb stairs, and successfully complete training Must meet and continue to meet any and all State / Federal Guard Card Licensing standards and background requirements  Must have a valid drivers license and meet driving record requirements
