Semper Valens Solutions is seeking a motivated Business Development (BD) and Capture professional to support growth opportunities in our existing and emerging markets.\n

Responsibilities:\n\nLeads and supports BD engagement with Government customers and industry partners\nRepresents the company at events, conferences, industry days, and other engagements\nIdentifies and matures potential opportunities for further analysis\nPresents opportunities at each gate review to executive leadership\nPerforms customer and competitor analysis\nLeads strategic capture efforts\nDrive win strategy for key opportunities and identifies actions that need to be taken to implement the capture strategy and plan\nWorks across teams to develop solutions and meet client requirements\n\n

Qualifications:\n\nMinimum of 10 years of relevant experience\nDemonstrated analytical, reasoning, planning, and problem-solving abilities\nDemonstrated skills in communicating technical information to non-technical and technical customers, as well as how core technologies translate into customers' critical capabilities\nExcellent time-management, organizational, and record-keeping skills\nA high level of self-motivation\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\n

Education Requirements:\n\nMust possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited university\n\n
