What You Will Do:
Support the U.S. Army as a management consultant. Leverage your Army expertise to advise Army clients in the Headquarters, Department of the Army and major commands on Army operations and business functions. Work with your clients to identify areas of improvement in areas such as human capital, financial management, supply and logistics, operations and force management, and others. Apply management consulting skills such as organizational transformation, change management, strategic planning, communications, or business process re-engineering. Assist with analysis of potential new Army clients and projects.

What You Will Need:

An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET federal security clearanceBachelor's degreeExperience as a field grade U.S. Army officer Lieutenant Colonel or ColonelExperience supporting Army 3 or 4-star headquarters organizationsUnderstanding of how the Army runs and associated business processesAbility to travelAbility to work onsite in a Guidehouse Office or Client Office location


What Would Be Nice To Have:

Master's degreeExperience supporting the Headquarters, Department of the Army Staff and SecretariatUnderstanding of Army Staff/Pentagon organization, processes and leadership

The annual salary range for this position is $109,100.00-$163,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
