Army PaYS Project Lead

This role will provide project lead support for the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) U.S. Army Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) Program. Work areas that may be supported include project planning, team management, project execution, team alignment, budgeting, and overall program support.

Responsibilities

Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow

Maintain frequent communication with PaYS Program Manager to amend tasks and provide updates on goal progress

Requires ability to present briefings and presentations to senior Army leaders and business executives

Responsible for all contract deliverables

Develop team schedules and assist in the successful onboarding and training of team members

Write project reports as required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Four years of project/program management experience in marketing, and/or human resource recruiting in a highly competitive environment

Excellent writing, editing, communication and interpersonal skills

Team management experience

Excellent leadership, management, decision making, presentation, human relations, and organization skills

Desired Qualifications:

Managing / leading a geographically dispersed team

Experience with U.S. Army Recruiting Command, U.S. Army Cadet Command and Army National Guard

Marketing experience

PMP certification a plus

$77,445.70 - $131,551.60
