Responsibilities: + Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventative care, acute and chronic illness management, and patient education. + Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. + Prescribe medications and other medical treatments as needed. + Collaborate effectively with physicians, other healthcare providers, and the care team. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Qualifications: + Graduate degree in Nursing with a specialization as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. + Current and unrestricted Washington State RN and ARNP licensure. + Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner). + Current DEA certificate. + BLS certification required, ACLS and PALS preferred. + Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
