We are hiring an Art Data Coordinator to join our Art Studio Art Development Team. In this role, you'll manage and update product related data with accuracy and care, collaborating closely with our Art Development and Operations teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. Flexibility is important here, as you'll handle various projects and navigate the fast-paced environment of product development. In This Role\nManage data workflow in PLM, QuickBase, and Odoo \nPartner with international data teams and the Product Development Operations to harmonize data across systems \nEnter and maintain detailed product data for all Art Studio items, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness \nValidate and input updates for new and existing items, including dimensions, bill of materials, and artist/image information \nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency throughout the product lifecycle \nMonitor and resolve data discrepancies and issues, implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences \nAnalyze data trends to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements \nDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes and standards \nAssist in training team members on data management best practices and system functionalities \nEnsure compliance with data privacy and security regulations \nCollaborate with internal Art Studio teams on brand and customer-specific programs, contributing to innovative and tailored solutions \nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team \nOther tasks as defined by Management \n
The Ideal Person\n2+ years of relevant experience in product data entry or product development coordination \nBachelor's Degree preferred \nHigh attention to detail, able to handle large amounts of data \nProficiency with Microsoft Suite, especially Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLookup formulas) \nExcellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills \nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated \nWorks with a sense of urgency and can balance competing priorities \n
