Job Description
Work Schedule: Full-time, PermanentLocation: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) 
The Art Director is responsible for the generation and execution of creative concepts from design through finished product with their copy partner; while also assisting senior creatives on larger, more complex projects.  They ensure that work adheres to client’s marketing strategies and objectives, meeting deadlines within budgets on client projects. In this role, the Art Director must acquire a solid understanding of Klick Health departmental procedures, such as: routing, usage rights of stock and images for layout as well as other internal procedures and solutions practiced by our creative craft. Minimum QualificationsHave a portfolio showcasing relevant examples of your creative art direction workEducational background in Advertising, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or related discipline preferred2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a marketing agency settingProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent oral and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with team members, and engage with diverse stakeholdersStrong interpersonal and collaboration skillsAbility to work well within a team setting and manage multiple projectsDesired QualificationsExperience working with AI tools to enhance design processesFamiliarity with product challenges in relation to the overall marketA track record of creating standout, innovative campaignsProblem-solving skills and the ability to manage feedback constructivelyYou’re not simply talented, but also optimistic, driven, empathetic, trustworthy, and kindWhat You'll Do:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate innovative ideas that align with client marketing strategiesDevelop and execute designs that meet audience needs, including physicians, patients, and sales representativesCreate concept roughs and layouts for client presentations, ensuring quality and adherence to brand guidelinesProactively anticipate and solve creative challenges, while incorporating constructive feedbackManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery on client expectations and objectivesStay up to date on industry trends and share knowledge with internal teamsAcquire and maintain medical knowledge in therapeutic areas relevant to primary accountsCommunicate effectively with team members to manage deadlines, revisions, and quality controlContribute to an inclusive and innovative culture that creates memorable client experiences#LI-LP2 #LI-Hybrid
