In this position, you'll be a creative force driving exceptional visual work. You will be both a visionary and a creative thinker, capable of fostering and conceiving brilliant visual concepts while understanding how they contribute to our growth.   Your role will involve collaborating with a cross-functional team to deliver innovative and compelling visual solutions that meet project objectives and elevate brand identity. To excel in this role, you must be a skilled designer who can deliver outstanding creative concepts and ensure consistency in design across all medias. Our role spans over all channels, creating high-quality digital campaigns and websites to compelling offline creative assets.   As part of our truly global team, you’ll work from our Boston office, with regular collaboration with our team in Zurich, Switzerland.  What you'll do: Provide art direction for creative projects, spanning content creation and brand development (brand expression and graphic design). Art direction and design production of all marketing materials, both digital and print. Conceptualize and collaborate on campaign ideas, digital strategies, and other marketing initiatives with the creative team. Develop innovative solutions for a digital landscape, advancing our program and services in the digital era to meet our customers' expectations. Collaborate with marketing directors, sales directors, and the executive team to gather input and ensure stakeholder requirements are met. Experience in art direction for video and photo shoots, ensuring briefs are aligned with project objectives and creative vision.        Who you are:You are deeply passionate about visual creativity. You are both a conceptual thinker and a hands-on contributor, unafraid to dive into tasks in a collaborative setting. Keep reading...    Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience within an agency or in-house marketing team. A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work demonstrating your mastery of visual design A deep understanding of visual design, art direction, interaction design, and the creative process. Experience of UX/UI design principles and front-end development technologies Up-to-date knowledge of emerging communication, media consumption, marketing, and cultural trends. Experience with art direction within video/photo shoot productions is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.          Requirements:
Fluency in English (both written and spoken), with proficiency in other languages considered advantageous.    Please note, only applicants with accompanying portfolios will be considered.
