**Workplace Classification:**
**Hybrid** : This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the candidate is expected to report to the Milford Proving Ground or Warren Tech Center three times per week, at minimum, or other frequency dictated by the business.
**The Team:**
The Low Voltage Infrastructure Team within the Embedded Platform Systems & Infrastructure organization is focused on the development of systems and controls centered around on-vehicle low voltage power generation, energy storage, power management, distribution, and consumption control. There is no better time to join this newly formed team as we evolve to the next generation of low voltage power architectures and consumption control strategies in SDV2.0!
**The Role:**
The ART Manager serves as leader of Electric Power Agile Release Train (ART) that ensures development teams are working on the right things at the right time to meet the needs of our customers and deliver the most value.
Electric Power ART is positioned to continue to improve the quality of software and calibration coming out of this ART and the person in this position has a vital role to play to ensure both internal and external stakeholders are on sync. This is an assignment where communication, collaboration, initiative, analytical skills, a deep understanding of our stakeholders requirements are met and delivered.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Review, prioritize and manage work requests coming into the Electric Power ART and document in the ART backlog.
+ Lead ART backlog refinement meetings to ensure the highest priority/highest value work items are ready for PI planning.
+ Pro-actively work with Low Voltage Product and Program owners to ensure Epics are broken down in to ART features, acceptance, done criteria's created and are ready for PI planning.
+ Identify and work through dependencies with other ART’s when deliverables are dependent on other teams for completion and delivery.
+ Escalate and request help with prioritization if needed.
+ Accept and release ART features after work has been completed and verify that the definition of done is valid and meet’s requirements.
+ Work closely with ART Lead to ensure risks are identified, identify content not on track to plan and bring visibility to the leadership team for mitigation.
+ Support ART lead in running system demo, Inspect & Adapt (I&A), PI planning, product team meetings, planning meetings, iteration retrospectives, backlog refinement, Community of Practice, ART communication meeting and other forums.
+ Facilitate trainings for ART members on process or tools as applicable.

**What You'll Need (Required Qualifications):**
+ Bachelors degree in Engineering, Physics, Math, and/or Computer Science
+ Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
+ Previous experience as an Embedded software developer or Technical ART Manager
+ Knowledge of controls development and software development process
+ Ability to debug and resolve tool and process issues
**People Skills:**
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work independently and effectively with others, and ability to establish peer relationships for cross functional collaboration
+ Demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple complex assignments with a high level of autonomy and accountability for results
+ Experience working with large teams, distributed and virtual teams
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment

+ Master's degree in Engineering
+ Proficiency in Agile processes and built-in quality concepts such as Behavioral Driven Development
+ Agile or Scrum certifications
+ Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and to make sound recommendations
