West Buffalo Charter School is seeking applicants for a K-8 Art Teacher.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Develop and deliver art lessons that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards.
+ Teach students about various art techniques, styles, and mediums.
+ Encourage creativity and self-expression in students through art projects and assignments.
+ Assess and evaluate student progress through projects.
+ Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate with parents about their child's progress.
+ Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that fosters learning and creativity.
+ Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate art into other subjects and school-wide events.
+ Stay up-to-date with new art techniques, technologies, and trends to enhance teaching methods and student learning.
+ Participate in school-wide events and activities, such as art shows, exhibitions, and performances.
+ Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress.
