Art - Teaching Assistant (Levin)

Carnegie Mellon University’s College of Fine Arts, School of Art, is searching for a Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in an interesting and challenging work environment. You will contribute to the department by providing support by assisting with an intermediate level course in creative coding.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Assisting students with assignments.

Grading student work.

Assist faculty members with classroom instruction, exams, record keeping and other miscellaneous projects.

Occasionally provide supervised instruction.

Other duties as assigned.

Expertise in flow-based programming environments for multimedia and generative AI, including TouchDesigner and ComfyUI.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree

1-3 years of proven experience
