About the Role:
ARTHOUSE is the latest addition to TodayTix Group’s portfolio of brands. Our team specializes in crafting inspiring and impactful digital marketing campaigns to engage and expand a show’s viewership. We leverage data, combined with top-tier ticketing solutions, to guide audiences through the exciting journey of discovering shows to purchasing tickets.
We are seeking a visionary Digital Creative Director to lead our creative strategy and execution across digital platforms. This role will oversee the development of compelling digital experiences, ensuring brand consistency, innovation, and engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, content, and technology, to bring ideas to life through digital campaigns, interactive media, and user-centric design.

Please note: this is a 3-month temporary position with the potential to become permanent. We are seeking candidates who can commit to a full-time temporary position, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Qualified candidates must be based in the greater NYC area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 2 days per week in the office, while also offering flexibility for employees to choose where they work for the rest of the week.
The annualized salary for this opportunity is $150,000 - $175,000.What You'll Do:Creative Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute innovative digital creative strategies for current and prospective clients that align with brand objectives and market trends.Campaign Development: Oversee concept development, storytelling, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across web, social media, email, and other digital channels.Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists to produce high-quality digital content.Brand Consistency: Ensure a cohesive visual and narrative identity across all digital platforms.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, UX/UI, and development teams to create engaging, data-driven digital experiences.Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive creative excellence.Analytics & Optimization: Use data insights to refine creative strategies, enhance engagement, and improve conversion rates.Stakeholder Communication: Present creative concepts and strategies to senior leadership, clients, and other stakeholders.We're Looking for Someone With: Experience: 7+ years of experience in digital creative leadership, preferably in an agency or brand environment.Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).A strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, branding, and interactive experiences.Understanding & interest in theater and live entertainment a plus. Expertise in digital design, UX/UI principles, and multimedia production.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other relevant design tools.Strong understanding of social media, web design, and content marketing strategies.Knowledge of motion graphics, video production, and AR/VR is a plus.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.Good to Know:
