Visit arcfield.com for more details. Responsibilities Join a team that’s providing rapid adoption of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) for an Intelligence Community customer. Provide strategic leadership and guide tactical implementation of how to best utilize a shared hybrid-cloud architecture to train, deploy, and integrate AI/ML models for Government, SETA, and developer solutions. Provide training, advise leaders across organizations, shape Acquisitions, and advise Engineering teams on how to utilize AI/ML to improve cost, schedule, and performance. Specific tasks are: Analyze agency AI/ML strategy and create tailored strategy for our Directorate Author content within AI/ML implementation guides and Acquisition/Engineering Templates Prioritize AI/ML Internal Research and Development (IR&D), define objectives, and integrate working solutions across entire company Advice Technology Directors on how to adopt secure, safe, reliable, trustworthy, transparent, explainable, cost-efficient, and high-performing AI/ML solutions Provide guidance on which models align best to customer need and mission use cases Provide frequent AI/ML training to Gov’t, SETA, FFRDC, and Developer workforce Advise AI/ML Integrated Product Teams, Working Groups, and Leadership fora as subject matter expert Architect cloud-hybrid AI/ML solutions that are cost efficient, high performing, model-agnostic, share compute resources (GPUs and AI-ready data), and are easily accessed via open APIs Determine how best to leverage AI/ML solutions to improve DevSecOps, Digital Engineering, Test Automation, and ML-Ops (i.e., anomaly detection and self-healing) Architect solutions for how to create a data ocean and improve mission, business, engineering, and development intelligence with AI/ML summarization, classification, regression, Natural Language Processing and Understanding (NLP/NLU), and forecasting Qualifications Required: 12 to 15 years with BS/BA or 10 to 13 years with MS/MA or 10+ years with Ph.D. Possess and maintain an active TS/SCI with or ability to obtain CI Poly 5+ years’ experience with an Intelligence Community customer Certificate or degree in AI/ML At least one cloud certification Experience with Systems Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA) Experience with Agile, DevSecOps, and the Software Development Lifecycle Desired: Two or more cloud certifications Experience with GEOINT or SIGINT Experience with commercial Atlassian tools (e.g. Confluence, JIRA) Experience with Digital Engineering or Model Based Systems Engineering Experience with Software Acquisition EEO Statement EEO Arcfield proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
