Production Management
Reviews daily plan, forecast and production orders concerning inventory and staffing requirements; work procedures and duty assignments; to successfully meet time-line and budget goals• Directs and/or coordinates production activities while driving safety, quality and efficiency to meet facility objectivesPrepares and maintains production reports Develops budgets and approves expenditures for supplies, materials, or human resources, ensuring that materials, labor, and/or equipment are used efficiently to meet productionInitiates inventory and cost control programsCoordinates and recommends procedures for facility or equipment maintenance or modification, including the replacement of machinesLeadership

Develops or implements production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control, maintenance, and other operation reports to detect production issues/problemsReviews operations and confers with technical and administrative staff to resolve production issues/problemsEnsures all equipment is functioning at optimal levels.
