DuPont Electronics & Industrial has an open position of Global Marketing Leader. The Global Marketing Leader is responsible for developing and implementing effective brand and global marketing strategies for the Artistri® Digital Inks business.   This role is accountable for developing marketing strategies and translating these strategies into actionable execution plans in cooperation with business leadership, Sales, R&D and Product Management. The scope of brand and market management responsibilities includes the execution of needs-based-segmentations, market insights and VOC, competitive intelligence, product marketing, marketing programs & brand activation.  

The Artistri® Digital Inks Global Marketing Leader will drive and own the development of both long- and short-term business and marketing plans for major products to meet share, volume, profit, customer and brand objectives.  He/she will initiate, organize and coordinate the marketing and brand strategy for Artistri® to ensure the business’ strong market position and differentiation to achieve maximum sales volumes and profits.  He/she will also be responsible for identifying long-term opportunities within the market based on unmet customer needs and subsequently prepare the plans to develop, test and launch new valuable offerings to grow wallet share.

Additional Responsibilities Include

Responsible for the development and execution of the Artistri® Global Marketing Plan consistent with Global Business Plan in collaboration with multi-functional teamsAssessment of competitive strengths, weaknesses and strategies to position our business to anticipate and respond faster than the competition in the introduction of solutions and platforms.  He/she is a key member of New Product Commercialization teamsResponsible for marketing program development to drive profitable growth in targeted market segmentsDevelops pricing strategies across as required to support global customers and pricing consistencyOrganizes market information/knowledge in an insightful and impactful way that informs strategic choices and results in business growthBrings marketing processes and tools to resources in support brand goals and drive the marketing funnelDevelops and implements brand activation programs to achieve measurable sales and marketing results

Qualifications

Master’s degree and/or MBA preferredSeveral years of Sales and/or Marketing experienceStrong marketing skills and experience with a proven track record of developing market insights, creating value propositions, conducting segmentation, setting product and pricing strategies, conducting competitive assessments, and commercializing new products and business modelsAbility to formulate business strategies and to translate strategy into flawless execution plans with deliverables, milestones and timelinesExperience leading cross-functional teams to achieve business results through influence across many levels of the organizationExperience with funnel management and Salesforce.comExperience with digital marketing tools such as AEM, Salesforce, and data analyticsProcess management and ability to ensure roadmaps align with broader strategy and investment prioritiesCritical thinking, hands-on attitude, and forward-looking orientation to drive for resultsExceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal and report presentation abilitiesSix Sigma black belt and/or strong project management skills desiredAvailability for travel - 20% of the time
