Position Summary

This position is responsible for the artwork verification for text content and technical aspects, good to print review, and associated cGMP documents. The role involves working in close collaboration with the Artwork Designer, Regulatory market(s), packaging site (internal or CMOs), and print vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Proofreading:Proofread between the Regulatory text and the artwork provided by the Artwork DesignerTechnical Verification:Conduct technical verification of the Artwork according to the packaging site (internal or CMOs) and/or printer suppliersDeployment:Deploy approved Artwork to the packaging site (internal or CMOs) and/or to the printer suppliersApproval:Review and approve the good to print provided by the print vendorDocumentation:Review and complete the associated cGMP documentsCollaboration:Provide partnership and support to the Artwork Designer, packaging site), and Regulatory market(s)

Skills and Knowledge required

Prerequisites:Strong experience in a Graphical Industry and Pharmaceutical environmentExperience in artwork comparisonEducational Qualifications:Advanced professional certificate in Graphical Industry profession (e.g., CFC)Experience:Minimum of 5 years in artwork and labelingTechnical Skills:Good knowledge of GlobalVision software and other Proof reading softwareGood knowledge of the cGMP and its application in a pharmaceutical companyGood knowledge of packaging designGood knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant graphical design softwareGood knowledge of the most common MS Office softwareLanguage Skills:Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
